All you need is a little bit of space, a medicine ball and 5 minutes!

There are three versions of the Crumpfle (all three are shown in the video below):
1. The forward crumpfle
2. The sideways crumpfle
3. The circle crumpfle

The Crumpfle challenge is to perform each exercise for 1 minute (resting 1 minute between exercises), and to see how many repetitions you can do in each minute!?
